A few things for a lovely stay

House Rules

Welcome to Falcon Atlantis. These simple guidelines help keep your stay comfortable, peaceful, and safe.

1. Registered guests only

   Only the guests on your reservation may stay overnight. Please ask Management before inviting visitors.

2. Please take special care of the B&O television

   Do not move, open, dismantle, or tamper with it. Use only the supplied controls and connections. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised handling may result in a charge for the documented repair or replacement cost, including specialist services.

3. Keep things peaceful

   Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and conversation low, and avoid loud gatherings and unnecessary vehicle horns.

4. No parties or events

   Parties, large gatherings, and commercial photo or video shoots need Management’s prior written approval.

5. Keep the apartment smoke-free

   Smoking, vaping, shisha, illegal drugs, and unauthorised weapons are not allowed in the residence.

6. Pets need prior approval

   Please do not bring a pet unless Management has approved it in writing before your arrival.

7. Help us keep everyone safe

   Please do not share keys, access cards, or entry codes. Secure the doors, supervise children near the balcony, and follow building safety guidance. Lost access items may incur replacement charges.

8. Let us know if something needs attention

   Please report damage or maintenance issues promptly. Do not attempt to repair, dismantle, or modify equipment; our team will be glad to assist. Treat our team and neighbours with courtesy. Threats, harassment, and abusive behaviour are not acceptable; serious breaches may end a stay without refund.

9. Late check-out requires approval

   Please leave by 12:00 PM. Ask Management in advance if you need more time; an unapproved late departure may incur an additional charge.
