Reservations and payment

Reservations depend on availability and are confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation issued. Guests must provide accurate reservation details and present valid identification at check-in.

Rates are shown in the stated currency. Applicable taxes, security deposits and additional charges will be communicated before a reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, refund, date-change and no-show terms are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy that applies to the selected booking. Approved changes remain subject to availability and any applicable rate difference. Third-party reservations are governed by the terms shown on the relevant platform.

Check-in and occupancy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment, and the occupancy limit stated for the reservation must not be exceeded. Visitors must follow the apartment’s security and registration procedures.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Any special arrival or departure arrangements require prior approval.

Guest conduct

Guests must respect the privacy and comfort of neighbours, staff and other visitors. Smoking, vaping and shisha inside the apartment, unauthorised parties, unlawful activities and possession of prohibited items are not permitted. Guests must observe the House Rules, safety notices and reasonable instructions from the apartment team.

Property and damages

Guests are responsible for the apartment, furnishings, appliances, keys and access cards during their stay. Damage, loss, missing items or excessive cleaning caused by a guest or visitor may be charged to the booking guest.

Website and intellectual property

The website may be used for lawful enquiries and reservation requests. The Falcon Atlantis Apartment name, logo, photographs, designs and written materials belong to Falcon Atlantis Apartment or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Privacy and liability

Personal information is used to handle enquiries, reservations and guest services, in line with applicable data-protection requirements. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refusal or termination of a stay

Falcon Atlantis Apartment may refuse entry or end a stay where a guest seriously breaches these terms or the House Rules, threatens safety, causes significant disturbance or engages in unlawful conduct. Any action will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Lagos State.
